Prevas AB’s Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday May 11th 2023 at Prevas headquarters in Västerås. The Annual General Meeting voted in agreement with all the proposals submitted by the Board of Directors and the election committee as stated in the previously published announcement.

Prevas appoints Magnus Welen as new CEO
Magnus Welén is appointed as the new CEO of Prevas AB, succeeding Johan Strid, who has made the decision to terminate his employment. Johan has, however, made himself available to serve on the board of directors. Magnus Welén will begin his duties as the new CEO on June 1, 2023.
