Prevas takes over Unibap's industrial business in robotics and AI

Today, Prevas announces that the previously announced letter of intent for the transfer of Unibap's industrial operations has been successfully implemented. The companies have agreed on a transfer of business regarding the employees and ongoing assignments of Unibap's industrial operations. The business will move over to join Prevas on August 1, 2023.

Unibap is world renowned for its smart applications for AI and digitalization that contribute to a more efficient and sustainable industry and aerospace. Through the acquisition of Unibap's industrial business, Prevas will be able to benefit from their technical expertise and experience in the continued development of sustainable and innovative AI-based solutions. Unibap's industrial business has 4 employees and their customer base consists of international customers.

The transition will take place on August 1 and is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Prevas’ earnings per share during the current financial year.
