Generic System Platforms
Prevas has three generic platforms for test solutions, designed with standard mechanics and off-the-shelf equipment. This shortens the time required to design a system significantly without any tradeoffs regarding ability to scale the systems. Complete system and software documentation are included enabling; lowered maintenance cost, easy upgrade and simplified integration with user organization.
Platform Mini
The Mini platform provides signal conditioning and fault insertion for up to 16 I/O signals. Combined with a controller/PC, I/O and software a small test solution is provided. The Mini is easily scaled up to a larger system thanks to the fact that is based on the same architecture as the other platforms.Test System Platform Mini
Platform Midi
The Midi platform provides a solution for testing single control units with up to 250 I/O signals, with all equipment and software needed. The Midi has full HIL support. As the Midi contains the same hardware and software modules as the other platforms, a Midi can easily be scaled or duplicated.Test System Platform Midi
Platform Large
Platform Large provides a solution for testing of a network of control units. Thanks to distributed solutions for I/O, communication and power. The platform Large can be scaled to multiple racks with up >20 control units and >2000 I/O signals. Platform Large has full HIL support.For more information contact
