Alere Technologies engaged Prevas to develop one of the world's most advanced analysis instruments for in vitro diagnostic point-of-care testing (IVDPCT). 

Solution  

Prevas served as an outsourced R&D department and was responsible for project management, instrument development, developing test cartridges and commissioning. 

Benefit  

Afinion AS100 Analyzer has received the Medical Design Excellence Award (MDEA).
