When we talk about time to market, it is easy to forget the fact that the most common scenario is actually that the longest lead-time is that from the idea to when the actual R&D project starts. It’s not unusual that a 12-month R&D project is preceded by a 3-year long decision process, simply because higher management have insufficient data on commercial risk/benefit.
Prevas has a solid track record of helping customers evaluate the technical feasibility of their ideas. We do this by doing smaller pre-studies, theoretical investigations, proof-of-principle prototypes, proof-of-concept prototypes, and full-blown pre-project prototypes.
