Quality, the environment and working conditions
Well-functioning quality and improvement management is an important factor when it comes to profitability and success for companies.
Quality is a broad term in product and production development and includes a variety of areas. All with the same purpose – to gain satisfied customers and sustainable production.
Prevas has the expertise to lead and support the implementation of quality improvement measures. Work that we carry out in close collaboration with our clients. Our engineers also have extensive experience in quality and management systems, as well as from environmental and working conditions projects.

Problem solving
The foundation of problem solving encompasses data collection, analysis of the same and identification of root causes. As support, we have DMAIC or PDCA along with a set of quality tools.
After this, feasible measures can be evaluated and implemented, which we will of course help you with.
Quality assurance
We have experience in working with quality assurance for various projects – development, delivery and NPI projects. Or quality assurance of processes, such as production or perhaps a customer process that is not quite working as it should.
We use tools and methods such as DFA, risk analysis (FMEA) and standardized ways of working, MSA and statistical process control and are well versed in the APQP and PPAP process.
Management systems
We can help you upgrade your management system and its contents so that it is consistent with both your operations and your chosen standard, if it concerns ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), 45001 (working conditions), 50001 (energy management), IATF 16949 (automotive industry) or ISO 13485 (more about our expertice in medical devices).
And if you need to just talk over your ideas and thoughts about management systems, we'll be happy to help you with that too!
Continuous improvements and process development
Our consultants work with continuous improvements through clearcut deviation management, visualization and problem solving. Through interviews and process mapping, we draw up the current situation as well as suggestions for improved ways of working.
Quality development of subcontractors
We have experience in setting requirements for subcontractors, as well as planning and carrying out audits with them. We are happy to work with performance measurements and complaint handling, but also enjoy taking a holistic approach to achieve successful collaboration with suppliers.
Environment and working conditions
If you are in the process of choosing and qualifying in changing your chemical management system, we can help you with all the steps. Feasibility studies, implementation and rolling it out to all users. Or to update the risk analyses and implement necessary measures.
We are also passionate about incident and risk management, where the various aspects of people, technology and organization are all considered.
