UX (User Experience) is about how users integrate with and experience a certain product, system or service. By adapting the solution to user and customer needs and circumstances, we create sustainable services that produce added value. Our UX and visual designers are along from the start and continue throughout the entire project, working with research and testing, clarification of design decisions and needs, preparation of requirement specifications and formulation of long-term goals.
What's the point of working with UX and UI?
Products and services that fulfill users' and customers' long-term wishes have longer life cycles. By working with UX in all parts of the chain, we can develop both environmental- and people-friendly products. This gives meaning and purpose both to users and products/systems.

UX Design
UX Design involves understanding target groups and their circumstances, which may vary with time. A product/system must provide meaning for users and give them benefits and values related to their needs. Also included in our work is examining information design, navigation flows and their structures. The challenges can be in the context of where and when products are used, the information technology and/or physical limitations. Through repeated user testing and analyses, we create functional systems.

Visual Design
The interface is the link between different objects, such as between users and software and hardware, or between different software applications. This is where interaction occurs. As designers, we often face the challenge of presenting a lot of information on a small surface. The goal is to create a user interface that is simple, effective and user-friendly, at the same time as it fulfills the intended purpose, provides benefits and creates added value for users.
