Prevas has more than 30 years of experience as a partner for product development projects. The project scope can range from modules, or sub-assemblies, to turn-key developments and industrialization of complete products.
Today, many market-leading companies outsource parts of their research and development activities. The reasons for this vary; increased focus on core activities, resource issues (time, competence, facilities) or improved control over the commercial risks related to R&D projects.
Among smaller companies, it’s relatively common to have only a few R&D projects running at the same time, and sometimes only one project every other year. In these cases, it is difficult to maintain quality, cost control and have a high productivity. Product Life Cycle Managment
In order to offer a cost-effective solution, regarding Product Life Cycle Management, you need to have a set up of licenses and development environments, an experienced team, and a success-term approach. Merely making a change in the layout on a PCB can be made without expertize, but to see it from a design perspective is an art.
